The job
As a Trust & Safety Advisor at Rosterr, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our community, maintaining platform integrity, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and compliant environment for all users. You will act as the frontline defense against fraud, abuse, harassment, and policy violations, helping to build long-term trust in the Rosterr brand. Key Responsibilities: - Policy Enforcement & Moderation: Review user-generated content, profiles, and reports to identify and action violations of Rosterr's community guidelines and terms of service. - Risk & Fraud Detection: Investigate suspicious activities, fraudulent behavior, and potential safety risks, proactively refining detection processes as our platform scales. - User Support & Escalations: Handle sensitive user escalations with empathy, professionalism, and swift decision-making, ensuring fair and consistent application of our policies. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support teams to report emerging trends, improve moderation tools, and shape future safety features. - Process Optimization: Help document edge cases, update internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contribute to continuous improvements in our trust and safety framework.
