Nebula Technologies is looking for a Customer Support Agent to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers.

When people buy our products, they want to get set up quickly and know someone is there if something goes wrong. As a Support Agent you'll answer questions in our Discord and support channels, help customers with purchases, setup and access, and pass bigger issues to the right person with clear notes.

You don't need to be a developer. What matters most is clear writing, patience, and a genuine wish to help. You'll be representing Nebula, so a warm, professional tone is key, and you'll follow our support guidelines to keep answers consistent.
